I would like to say thank you to Domesco in Thame.
My parents, who live in Oxford and are both in their 80s (but still very independent) phoned me on Sunday evening to say their 20 year old washing machine had eventually given up, was not working, and did I know where they could buy a new one. I live in Thame and said I would ask our local electrical store.

So I called into the shop in my lunch hour on the Monday, and the gentleman very kindly showed me an appropriate washing machine within mum and dad's budget, explained I had probably missed delivery that day, but that they could deliver the next day, Tuesday.

I called my parents and they said that would be great and could they pay on delivery . Yes of course and they delivered to Oxford, plumbed in the new one and took away the old one and showed my parents how the machine worked. This was all done by 9.30am on the Tuesday morning.
My parents and I were delighted and would like to say a big thank you to Domesco in Thame for their efficiency and kindness, sadly qualities not always found nowadays.
